Today is a bit of a doozy, if I’m being honest. This one was making the rounds a few months ago (? I have no sense of time anymore). It is so seemingly simple, so short, but the complexity of the relationship — of relationships across time and space — is so terribly vivid. There’s also so much in this about our own sense of self-worth, about grief, about loss, about love, about approval, about mothers and daughters. And the title! What do you make of it?
