Today we are reading a poem by Louise Glück. This poem makes me laugh uproariously and sigh in recognition — but then that last line! What a fucking crazy surprise! But also totally, beautifully inevitable! This whole poem feels like marriage to me: difficult, complex, funny, and perfect in its own wild way.
