You echo my own thoughts of holding the pain of both people. And, as you point out, I’m sure the thoughts of women all over the world. Babies really tie us all together in our suffering ❤️

Baking has always been a calming & necessary solace for me, and I know I’m not alone. Comfort through the act of making food and giving food is universal, whether it be a pot of chicken soup or a plate of cookies (or both!). The world can be a scary place, in times of war and in times of peace, but we can always find a safe haven in our kitchen.
